Abstract

The question of the right to education brings to the fore the coexistence in the educational centers. The perception of conflict, the challenges to the ability of the educational centers to transmit “values”, criticism of the “Youth of Today”, conflicts with the families, mark the current scenario in which educational practices. We propose in this work, pay attention to the elements which emerge in the everyday life of the educational centers, giving account of the sources of conflict. To do this, from a dimension that addresses perceptions and feelings, we will refer to the problem of values, of respect, of youth, of the conflict and a sense of belonging. Here are some organizational and structural factors that continue to play a fundamental role in these dynamics. Finally, we look at some education policies for coexistence at school base on promotion of political subjects, construction of rules and participation.
