Abstract

The article analyzes the transformations of familiar configurations in today’s Uruguay from Community Social Psychology focus. It reflects about the traditional- patriarchal model of family and it is problematized critically, delineating theoric perspectives that approaches us to understand the problem. From an ethical-political positioning the proposal about the familiar as a transformer and dynamic space of subjective processes that are built in times when the fleeting and the new are constantly breaking in. It is considered necessary to deepen about dynamics of relationship proposals that ignore the singularity of the familiar and enable processes that revalue affectivity as a power for action.
