Abstract

The research seeks to identify the potential knowledge diffuser featuring industry software development, computer services and Information Technology and Communications (ict), mainly located in Santiago, Region Metropolitana, rm, with the rest of the production chains and services as a key development indicator. Economic and technological networks are processed, the first via the input/output matrix ict supply chains (Banco Central de Chile, 2008) and the second through the list of fondef research projects.
