Abstract

MINGO, Elena. Women’s work in the agroindustrial sector: think the place of collective responsibility in care work. Rev. Cienc. Soc. [online]. 2016, vol.29, n.39, pp.35-56. ISSN 0797-5538.

With the participation of women in full-time wage employment reproductive work and care work, they took relevance in labor and gender studies in recent years. They joined these issues government strategies on the control and eradication of child labor. This configuration if complex takes particular relevance in the analysis of women’s participation agroindustrial work. This article describes the job placements of women in the sector are analyzed with special attention to its relationship with the network of public policies for care and income transfers with which they have tried to assuage the effects of job insecurity and the living conditions of families
