The aim of this article is the analysis of labor changes in agriculture in the state of São Paulo, considered one of the most developed in the country. Sugarcane is the product that dominates an area of six million hectares. São Paulo produces more than 70% of sugar and ethanol in Brazil. In recent years, there was an increase of mechanization by replacing combines a lot of manpower. Women were devalued and replaced in heavy tasks such as collecting leftover cane and stones. In addition, new forms of management control of work assigned to women labor nomad by different plantations beyond sugarcane. There is an intense process of permanently temporary workforce of black and mestizo women, a true nomadic mobilization
