Abstract

MENENDEZ, Victoria. Control and resistance in the work process: the case of a company in the cellulose forestry chain in Uruguay. Rev. Cienc. Soc. [online]. 2016, vol.29, n.38, pp.81-102. ISSN 0797-5538.

Traditionally, the problem of resistance of rural workers in Uruguay has been barely attended by the academy, perhaps because these collective expressions have been infrequent. This topic will be approached in the case of forest workers in the rural phase of the cellulose forestry chain in Uruguay

Keywords : rural workers; passive resistance; management control.
