Abstract

SUPERVIELLE, Marcos. A Sociological approach to the human resource management: an overview from the recognition theory. Rev. Cienc. Soc. [online]. 2016, vol.29, n.38, pp.13-36. ISSN 0797-5538.

This article is based in Axel Honneth theory of recognition and Boltanski and Thévenot theory of the justification, and it is extended to a sociological analysis of the Human resource management. The objective is to reveal a new matrix of social conflicts, between social groups that are winded principally around the struggle for the recognition of their identity by the dominant groups of society. The article adapts this matrix to the relation with workers and their management in the work’s world. It sustains that the concept of recognition permits understand the dynamics of actual social world. To argue this position, a connection of sense between the theoretical approach is established with the struggle process in the Human resource management in a practical experience in an enterprise that by its function is considered humanistic
