The article aims to problematize labor management and mainly human resources primarily in the context of immaterial labor in Uruguay. The article seeks to recreate the HR management in the context of specific work practices of immaterial labor: the forms of work organization, qualifications, skill requirements are modified in the development of work which focuses, for example, in the requirement of a type of management which allows the production of social relations based on cooperation, collaboration and communication among workers. In this context, the traditional categories with which the work is analized should be complemented with a look that considers these aspects are addressed. To account for this, the article presents a theoretical framework for the study of management based on the contextualized logic of the actors with reference to the specific analysis of one the software sector as emblematic case of immaterial labor.
