The
Uruguayan Journal of Cardiology is the official scientific publication
of the Uruguayan Society of Cardiology (SUC). It is a peer-reviewed
journal that deals with aspects of biomedical sciences related to the
cardiovascular system and related specialties. It has been published
continuously since the year 1986. Under the modality of open access and
continuous online publication, it periodically publishes five or more
articles in Spanish, integrated in an annual volume.

Mission

Contribute
the development of cardiovascular medicine promoting national research,
diffusion, and continuous updating of knowledge, consolidating its role
as the main means of contact with our partners.

Objetives

Be
(a) way of expression for cardiologists and beginners in this field,
consolidating its role as an instrument of continuing medical
education, and serve as an exchange with other countries cardiology
community, basically the rest of Latin America.
