OBJECTIVES. AGO publishes specially the scientific works of obstetric and gynecologic investigations in Uruguay. It also publishes texts of thematic revision and publishes works of investigation from other countries. All the articles are put under arbitration, made by competent authorities in the subjects at issue, in agreement with the norms that are published down. INTEREST AREAS. All the subjects of obstetrics, perinatology, sterility, gynecology, the gynecological oncology, gynecological endocrinology and areas of investigation to the diverse disciplines that the Annexed Societies: Society of Gynecology of the Childhood and the Adolescence, Society of Gynecological Endocrinology and Menopause, Society of Uterine Cervical Pathology, Citology and Colposcopy, Uruguayan Society of Human Reproduction, Society of Ecografy of Uruguay. AGO is open in addition to the works to investigation of any area of the Health of the Woman. HISTORY OF THE MAGAZINE. REGULARITY. AGO is
published every four months, and it is sent gratuitously to the partners of
the Sociedad Ginecotocológica del Uruguay
and to the publications that accept interchange. It is administered by the Directive
Commission of the SGU and is directed by the Publisher, supported by a
Publishing Committee and a Body of judges.
